Strengthening Bilateral International Collaboration between Adamson University (Philippines) and Providence University

Providence University’s Office of International and Cross-Strait Affairs recently welcomed representatives from Adamson University in the Philippines, including University President Fr. Daniel Franklin Pilario, CM, and Director of the Office for International Relations Sr. Maruja Padre Juan, MSCS. During the meeting, both institutions engaged in in-depth and concrete discussions on various collaborative opportunities, such as student and faculty exchanges, joint research, overseas internships, cross-border curriculum development, and international volunteer programs.

Adamson University is widely recognized for its strong academic and research performance, particularly in the field of engineering, where it enjoys a high level of international prestige. The visiting delegation also expressed their interest in deepening cooperation with Taiwanese universities that possess strengths in related academic areas. Providence University, with its distinguished achievements in the humanities and social sciences, management, foreign languages, and sustainable development, shares highly complementary academic directions with Adamson University, laying a solid foundation for future cross-border collaboration.
