Since 2014, Providence University has actively promoted international exchanges and internship programs through its Department of Spanish Language and Literature. The university has established strong partnerships with companies in several Spanish-speaking countries and regions, offering students internship opportunities in countries such as Paraguay, Spain, Mexico, Nicaragua, Colombia, and Argentina.
